Usage
Preparation: This is how you make it: PREPARE 1. Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package.2. Cut the pork into strips. Mix the marinade mix with 3 tablespoons of wok oil and marinate the meat strips in it for approximately 5 to 10 minutes3. Clean the snow peas and mushrooms and cut them into pieces.STIR-FRY4. Stir-fry the snow peas and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of wok oil for about 4 minutes. Then stir-fry the meat strips in another pan until done. Add wok oil if necessary.6. Place 300 ml of water and the sauce mix in a saucepan, bring to the boil while stirring and heat for a few minutes until it has the desired thickness.7. Drain the fat and serve the meat on a platter. Pour the warm sauce over this and serve the rice and vegetables separately. VARIATION TIPS: 1. Serve Babi Pangang with Atjar Tjampoer from Conimex.2.
