Immediately ready for use
Serving: Rice with tuna: 2 pers 20 min. What you need: 200g white rice, 2 cans John West Tuna pieces with a touch of olive oil (2x60g), 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 clove of garlic, chopped, 1/2 red chili pepper, seeds removed and cut into thin rings, 1 tablespoon black olives, 1 tablespoon capers, handful of arugula, coarsely chopped, 1 roasted red pepper, chopped, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Mix the tuna, onion, garlic, chili pepper, olives, capers, arugula, roasted peppers and soy sauce in a bowl. Spoon this mixture into the warm rice and season with salt and pepper.
