Shopping list:
Italian vegetable mix (600 g), 300 g lean ground beef, and 300 g macaroni.
Preparation: cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package.
Method:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and crumble the ground beef in it. Stir-fry the vegetable mix for a few minutes.
2. Add 150 ml of water and the contents of this sachet. Bring everything to a boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir everything well together.
Tip: For a meat-free preparation, replace the ground beef and vegetable mix with 175 g vegetarian mince, 1 red onion (chopped), and 4 tomatoes (diced). Optionally, sprinkle the dish with 75 g grated (goat) cheese and 30 g toasted pine nuts.
