Usage
Preparation: Bread maker: standard/short program. 500 gr. mix + 310 ml. water.Manual: 500 gr. mix + 290 ml. knead in water, rise for 20 minutes. Flatten, roll up, place in baking tin and let rise for 60 minutes. Bake for ± 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 240°C. After 10 minutes temp. return to 220°C.
