Adobe Carmenere reserve

    Wine

The adobe wines from Emiliana winery are organic and come from Chile. That country may have the best conditions in the world for growing organic grapes. Due to the natural barriers of mountains and sea, plant diseases hardly occur. Pesticides are simply not necessary. Rafael and Jose Guilisasti, the people behind the adobe wines, already realized this in the 1990s and switched to organic. They noticed that this really made their wines tastier, fuller and purer. Something about the name: Adobe is a mix of dried clay and straw that was previously used as a purely natural building material. At Emiliana the new wine cellar is made of it.
