    Aviko potato gratins with thyme and rosemary are made from potato slices, cream and the herbs thyme and rosemary. To do this, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Place the potato gratin on a baking tray and brush with the pesto. Wrap the gratins with the ham and cut the mozzarella into 8 thin slices and place them on top of the pesto. Bake the gratin in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done. In the meantime, cut off the woody end of the asparagus and brush them thinly with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the asparagus for 5-6 minutes until al dente.
