Aviko Potato balls

600g

Aviko potato balls are potatoes made from lightly spiced mashed potatoes, with a crispy coating. Aviko carefully selects fresh potatoes from local farmers. The potato balls are prepared in 100% sunflower oil. They can be fried quickly and easily in an air fryer, oven, deep fryer or frying pan. Aviko potato balls are a delicious alternative to potato wedges or fries. Ideal for an ordinary day or to surprise everyone at a festive meal. Consider, for example, a salmon roulade with potato balls. To do this, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the thick part of the salmon fillet horizontally (but not through!) and open the fillet like a book. Divide herbs (parsley, dill and chives) and garlic over it. Roll up the fillet from the wide side and tie the fish like a roulade with kitchen twine and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Prepare the potato balls according to the instructions on the packaging in the frying pan, deep fryer, oven or air fryer. Serve the crispy potatoes with the salmon roulade.
