Aviko potato wedges are delicious crispy potatoes. Crispy crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The potato wedges are prepared in 100% sunflower oil. Aviko carefully selects fresh potatoes from local farmers. The potatoes are peeled, cut and specially pre-fried, so that you can bake them perfectly in the air fryer, deep fryer, frying pan or oven. A delicious combination is Aviko potato wedges with fresh vegetables and a (vegetarian) hamburger. But you can also use the potato wedges for a casserole with salmon. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Divide the potato wedges over 4 large sheets of baking paper. Place the salmon fillet on top and divide shallot slivers over the salmon and place tomatoes next to it. Fold the paper or foil up slightly. Add the wine and fold the parcels loosely but tightly. Open the packages only at the table and sprinkle with basil.
Usage
Do not refreeze after thawing
Preparation: Do not thaw before use. Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Turn regularly in between. Deep fryer: Heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175°C. fry portions of 600g for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time. Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of 600g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between.Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Bake 600g portions for 12 minutes. Shake once in between. (Based on the use of an air fryer XL). Every appliance is different: the above preparation methods are therefore guidelines.
