    This delicious creamy mashed potatoes with spinach is on the table in 3 minutes and tastes like home-made. It is made from carefully selected fresh potatoes. These are pounded into a puree and mixed with cream and spinach. To do this, heat Aviko potato puree spinach according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the (Portuguese) smoked sausages in plenty of water and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Cut the pepper into cubes, chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and coarsely chop the olives. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Fry the onion with the garlic and the pepper for 4 minutes. Stir in the olives and fry for another 3 minutes. Spoon half of the puree into the oven dish and divide the pepper mixture over it. Cover with the rest of the puree. If necessary, cut the smoked sausages, then fry them open like a fan and place them on the puree. Bake the casserole for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the casserole.

    Usage

    Do not refreeze after thawing.
    Preparation: Microwave: Heat 150g frozen product for 1.5 minutes at 850W in a microwave-safe bowl with a lid. Stir and heat for another 1.5 minutes. Stir well and serve. Cooking pan: Heat the frozen product over medium heat. Stir occasionally.Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the frozen product for ±20 minutes. Stir and heat the product for another 20 minutes. Stir well again and serve.
