    Aviko sweet potato wrinkled fries are even crispier than you are used to from Aviko because of the wrinkles. Nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like fries should be. With sweet potato fries it becomes even more fun and delicious to eat enough vegetables! The sweet potatoes are peeled, cut and specially pre-fried, so that they can be perfectly fried in the deep fryer, oven or air fryer. A delicious combination is Aviko sweet potato fries with fresh vegetables and a (vegetarian) hamburger. Or consider a schnitzel in piri-piri tomato sauce with smoked sweet potato fries. To do this, heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the schnitzels for 2 minutes per side until brown. Take them out of the pan. Fry the onion with the garlic and some chili flakes in the shortening for 1 minute. Pour the wine into the pan. Also add the passata and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down, put the meat back in the pan and let it stew covered for 40 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sweet potato fries according to the instructions on the package. Shake the fries with smoked paprika powder and salt to taste. Serve the schnitzels in the piri-piri tomato sauce with the sweet potato fries.

    Preparation: do not thaw before use. For optimal results, we recommend preparation in the deep fryer. Deep fryer: heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175°C. Fry portions of 450g for 5-6 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time. Air fryer: preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Bake portions of 450g in 10 minutes until crispy. (Based on the use of a Philips Airfryer XL.) Shake occasionally. Please note: burning may occur more quickly when preparing sweet potato fries in the air fryer. Oven: preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide portions of 450g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 17 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between.
    Preparation: Oven: preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of 450g over the baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between.
    Preparation: Airfryer: preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Bake portions of 450g in 10 minutes until crispy. (Based on the use of a Philips Airfryer XL.) Please note: faster combustion may occur when preparing sweet potato fries in the airfryer.
