Usage
Preparation: 1. Let the côte de boeuf come to room temperature. Remove the côte de boeuf from the packaging and pat dry.2. Brush the côte de boeuf lightly with (olive) oil and rub with the accompanying herbs to taste.3. Barbecue: place the côte de boeuf over indirect heat. Sear the côte de boeuf for 2 minutes per side. Grill the côte de boeuf for about 4 minutes “rare”, 6-7 minutes “medium-rare” and for 7-8 minutes “well-done”. Turning regularly.
