    Usage

    Preparation: Open 1 sheet of butcher paper per burger. Place the beef ball on the butcher paper and close it. Using a plate/pan/cutting board or other flat object, press the ball into a burger of approximately 1 centimeter thick. Barbecue: grill the smashburger for 3-5 minutes. Turning regularly. Before serving, sprinkle with the spice rub to taste. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the Smashburger for 3-5 minutes at a medium temperature. Turning regularly. Before serving, sprinkle with the spice rub to taste. The burger can be eaten rosé. Warnings and restrictions on use
