Beemster Oud is a long-matured cheese with a spicy and very rich taste. Real cheese comes from the Beemster. That's cheese prepared with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk. We make them in the Beemster polder, because that is where our cheese factory is located. The entire chain works with attention to people, animals and the environment. From blade of grass to cheese. From farmer to cheesemaker. We remain faithful to traditions, such as manually stirring the curd and letting the cheese ripen naturally.
