Usage

Preparation: Press the lid before opening. If it clicks, do not use content. Liquid on the meal is normal. Stir the contents well before use. Always use a plastic spoon to prevent damage to the jar. Microwave (600 W): spoon the desired amount of meal into a bowl or heat the jar without the lid in the microwave (30 sec.). Stir the contents and check the temperature.
