Usage
Preparation: calculate approximately 125 grams of tagliatelle per person. 1. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil per 100 grams of tagliatelle.2. Slide the tagliatelle into the water and bring the water back to the boil, stirring occasionally.3. Cook the tagliatelle for about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4. Drain and serve.
