PreparationInstructions:
Recipe (2 servings),1. Pour the Coconut Cream Powder in a mid large sized sauce pot add,400mL of hot water to dissolve, and bring to a boil.,2. Add the Tom Kha Soup Paste.,3. Add the chicken, mushrooms, Thai Dried Spices.,4. Season to taste with Thai Premium Fish Sauce and about 1Tbsp. of sugar.,5. Simmer until chicken and mushrooms are cooked through.,6. Remove from the heat. Add ½ lime juice, and serve hot.,If main course, can be served with Thai Jasmine Rice.
