    Frying pan or wok: Heat some oil or butter in the pan. Stir-fry the still frozen broad beans for about 6 minutes. Cooking pan: Add the frozen broad beans to plenty of boiling water. Then heat them for about 6 minutes. With this preparation time you get vegetables with a bite. If you want it differently, extend the preparation time and taste in between to see if it is to your liking.

    Usage

    For food safety and quality, follow the preparation instructions on the package. Make sure the product is fully cooked or reheated according to recommendations. Keep the product frozen until ready to prepare.
