Cave de Beblenheim Riesling

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

Cave de Beblenheim is a wine cooperative in the heart of Alsace. As early as 1952, a number of winegrowers joined forces to make wine together and they still do. That is mainly white wine because that is what it is all about in Alsace. The region is adjacent to Germany and has regularly been in German hands in the past. It is therefore not surprising that the area, the architectural style of the houses, the kitchen and also the wines have a bit of a French-German feel. Just take the grape varieties. Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer are found on both sides of the border. It is sometimes said that the opulence of Germany and the sophistication of France come together in 'les vins d'Alsace'. Then you get generous, full-bodied wines with subtle aromas.
