Château Amsterdam Sauvignon blanc

0.75 l

Chateau Amsterdam is an urban winery in Amsterdam-Noord where wines are made from grapes from countries such as Germany, France, Spain and Italy. These are delivered as quickly as possible to Amsterdam-Noord in refrigerated trucks that would otherwise drive empty back to the Netherlands, where the winemaking team is ready to process them. This approach allows plenty of experimentation with grapes from different countries and putting them together in a wine. For this white wine, sauvignon blanc from Spain was added to the sauvignon blanc from the Loire, with lots of apple acidity, which naturally tastes softer. This dry, fruity wine is super fresh but has a soft, friendly edge that makes it easy to drink. Serve it well chilled.
