Saint-Emilion is located in Bordeaux. The name stands for the beautiful old town, the wine region near the town and the wine itself. Around the city there are a number of villages that may also mention the indication Saint-Emilion on their labels after the name of their own village. This indicates that they resemble Saint-Emilion in style, but do not originate from the city itself. One of these so-called satellites is Lussac and Chateau La Marzenac is located there. Like many Saint-Emilions, La Marzenac consists of merlot and cabernet franc. It is remarkably full and soft.
