    Clairette de Die - 0.75 L

      Product form

This sparkling wine is fresh, semi-sweet and from the Rhône region. A refined wine with hints of lychee and flowers and made from the Muscat and Clairette grape varieties in a special, traditional way according to the Méthode Dioise Ancestrale. Since the bubble is slightly sweet, you can combine it perfectly with desserts. The ideal drinking temperature for this wine is 5°C. The Method Dioise Ancestrale is a technique in which the must ferments slowly for months in tanks at a very low temperature. If about 55 grams of sugar remains and has not been converted into alcohol, the juice is filtered and placed in bottles to ferment further. After a few months, the last deposit (sediment) is removed from the bottle, after which the wine is bottled in clean bottles. Clairette de Die is the best-known wine that uses this special technique.
