A set of six transparent balloons with colored paper confetti inside. Blow up the balloon, tie a knot and then make it static by stroking the balloon over your clothes or hair. The confetti will then stick to the inside of the balloon. Nice to use at a theme party. Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years old. Risk of choking hazard. The confetti can transfer color to floors, furniture, etc. when it becomes damp.
