A set of six transparent balloons with paper confetti of colored dots and lightning. Inflate the balloon and make it static by stroking it over your clothes or hair. The confetti then 'sticks' to the inside of the balloon. Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years old. Risk of choking hazard. The confetti can transfer color to floors, furniture, etc. when it becomes damp.
