Usage
Preparation: Add yourself: 1 red pepper, 500 g pork steaks, 350 g rice, Conimex wok oil. This is how you make it: PREPARATION 1. Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the packaging. 2. Cut the pork into strips. Mix the marinade mix with 4 tablespoons of wok oil and marinate the meat strips for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Cut the pepper into small pieces. STIR-FRY 4. Stir-fry the meat strips until golden brown. Add some wok oil if necessary. 5. Add the sauce mix and 300 ml cold water to the meat. 6. Then add the pepper. 7. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for 1 minute. Serve the Babi Ketjap with the rice.
