Chinese cuisine: all inspiration. Tjap tjoi was once invented on the chopping board of Chinese culture. A stir-fry dish with chicken and packed with vegetables. Because the vegetables are briefly stir-fried on a high heat, they remain crispy. Usage
Preparation: Add yourself: 125 g mushrooms, 100 g snow peas, 1 pepper, 125 g bean sprouts, 1 small pointed cabbage, 350 g chicken fillet, 350 g rice, Conimex Wok oil. Preparation instructions: 1. Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the pepper into strips, the pointed cabbage coarsely and then cut the chicken fillet into cubes.2. Heat 2 tablespoons of wok oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken fillet cubes until golden brown and done. Then add the vegetables and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.3. Sprinkle the herb mix over the vegetables and add 500 ml of water. Stir everything well and then bring it to the boil. Let the Tjap Tjoi simmer for 5 minutes. Serve the Tjap Tjoi with the rice.
