The Copa Sabia Reserva Brut has a particularly fine mousse, is nice and fresh and has intense aromas of white fruit. Made by one of the top 3 producers of Cava, this blend has been specially composed for HEMA. This cuvée is the result of a strict selection of only the best grapes of the Xarel.lo, Parellada and Macabeo varieties. The Copa Sabia Brut Reserva has matured for at least 15 months in the bottle. Originating from the Pénedes, the area southwest of Barcelona. This area is located between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, with a variety of soil types and microclimates that give Cava its expression and typical character. No pesticides are used in the vineyard and the grapes are picked manually when they have reached their optimal ripeness.
