Asparagus with poached egg, spicy pumpkin soup, curries with coconut, roquefort cheese fondue: a Silvaner adapts fearlessly. What is also striking is the bottle, the so-called 'bocksbeutel', symbol of the Franken region. Very clumsy in the fridge, but authentic and original.
