Freee's gluten-free journey began in 1978 when my mother was advised to follow a gluten-free diet and I discovered how difficult it was to find suitable grains and foods. Unsurprisingly, meals became a real challenge. She especially missed bread and pastries, and with my love of baking, I started experimenting with naturally gluten-free flour mixtures. Since then, we've made it our mission to create gluten-free alternatives to make following a gluten-free diet easier.
