Usage
Preparation: Add yourself: • 5 eggs • 50 ml water For 1 cake. Baking temperature guideline: Electric oven 170°C Fan oven 170°C Gas oven position 3 The temperature of the oven may differ. If necessary, use the oven's instruction booklet. Combination microwave: only use the hot air function! Electric baking recommended. Requirements: Baking paper Springform pan (Ø 24 cm) Mixer with garden Preparation method Preparation (5 minutes) • Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven (you can find the temperature on the side of the packaging). • Place baking paper on the springform pan base, place the edge on top and close the springform pan. Grease the edges with butter or baking spray (e.g. Dr. Oetker). Preparing the batter (5 minutes) • Place the mix, eggs and water in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer on the lowest setting. • Then beat everything on the highest setting (turbo) for at least 5 minutes until you have a fluffy batter. • Divide the batter over the springform pan and smooth it out. Baking (approx. 35 minutes) • Bake the cake for 30 - 40 minutes. and golden brown.• Pierce the center of the cake with a skewer. If the skewer is dry, the cake is done. • Then let the cake cool on a rack and after 10 minutes remove the edge of the springform pan. • Place the cake upside down on a cake rack and carefully remove the bottom. • Let the cake cool cool.• The cake is now ready to cut, fill and decorate.Tips• After the cake has cooled thoroughly, you can cut it. Use a sharp serrated knife (large bread knife) for this.
