Dr. Oetker Chocolate chip cookie baking mix

    REQUIREMENTS: • 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Cookies Chocolate Chips. • 100 g butter/margarine. • 1 egg. PREPARATION TIME: Preparation: ± 15 minutes. Baking time: 10 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE Electric oven: 200°C. Fan oven: 180°C. Gas oven: Level 4. Electric oven recommended. KITCHEN UTENSILS: • Baking paper. • Mixer with dough hooks. • Mixing bowl. PREPARE (5 MINUTES): • Remove the baking tray from the oven. • Preheat the oven. PREPARE THE BATTER (10 MINUTES): • Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it gently with a mixer. • Add the cookie mix and the egg and mix everything with the mixer with dough hooks into a dough. • Mix in the chocolate chips. • Roll out the dough into a 20 cm bar and cut it into 8 slices. Then place the slices on the baking tray. BAKE (10 MINUTES): • Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. • Bake the Cookies Chocolate Chips for about 10 minutes. Please note: the cookies are still soft when you take them out of the oven. • First let the cakes cool for 5 minutes on the baking tray, then for another 30 minutes on a rack. TIP: • The cookies are tastiest freshly baked. Store them on a rack covered with baking paper for a maximum of 1 day. • For 16 small cakes, make 2 thinner bars of 20 cm, cut both bars into 8 slices. Bake them for 10 minutes at the prescribed oven temperature.

May contain: El and MILK. Ingredients chocolate pieces (100 grams): sugar, cocoa mass¹, whole MILK POWDER, cocoa butter¹, emulsifier (lecithins). May contain: HAZELNUTS and SOY. ¹Rainforest Alliance certified.
