    Add: 500 g low-fat cottage cheese, 250 ml whipped cream, 60 g butter, 300 ml water

    SUPPLIES
    1 pack Dr. Oetker Cheesecake Natural. 500g low-fat cottage cheese. 250 ml whipped cream. 60g butter/margarine. 300 ml of water. KITCHEN UTENSILS Springform pan Ø24 cm. Mixer with whisks. Mixing bowl. Saucepan. PREPARE (5 MINUTES) Place the enclosed sheet of baking paper over the springform pan base. Place the edge on top and close the springform pan. Melt 60 grams of butter in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the contents of the bag of crumb base mix into the melted butter. Cover the bottom of the springform pan evenly with the mixture and press it firmly with the rounded side of a spoon. PREPARE CAKE (5 MINUTES) Place 300 ml water (at room temperature 10-20°C), the cottage cheese and whipped cream in a bowl and mix together with a mixer with whisks on the lowest setting. For best results, use the cottage cheese and whipped cream directly from the refrigerator. Add the cake mix and mix the mixture with the mixer on the lowest setting for 1 minute until smooth. Then beat it on the highest setting for 2½ minutes until it becomes a fluffy mass. Pour the cake mixture over the base. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2½ hours.
