    Zelf toevoegen: 150 g boter, 3 eieren, 50 ml water

    Method of preparation. Preparation (5 minutes): Make sure the eggs are at room temperature and the butter is soft. Place the muffin tins in a muffin tin or directly on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven (the temperature can be found on the side of the package). Preparing the batter (7 minutes): Put the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it with a mixer with whisks until soft and creamy. Add the muffin mix, eggs and water and mix on the lowest setting. Then mix the whole for 1 minute on the middle setting (note, do not beat lightly). When using Dr. Oetker Chocolate Chips now stir these through the batter with a spatula. Divide the batter over the muffin tins with two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop. Baking (18-20 minutes): Place the baking tray under the center of the oven and bake the muffins for about 18 to 20 minutes until done and golden brown. The muffins are cooked when you press air on the muffin with your finger and it springs back. Oil-based muffins. You can also bake the muffins on the basis of oil, which will give you a more 'American' muffin (lighter in color and less sweet in taste). Use 150ml oil instead of butter and add the muffin mix, 75ml water and 3 eggs. Divide the thin batter over the molds and continue baking the muffins according to the above preparation method.

    Usage

    Baking temperature guidelines: electric oven 190°C, fan oven 175°C and gas oven position 4. The temperature of the oven may differ. If necessary, use the oven's instruction booklet and experience. Combination microwave: Only use the hot air function!. Electric baking recommended.
    Keep cool and dry.
