    Usage

    Preparation: REQUIREMENTS: • 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Clouds Chocolate & Vanilla flavour. • 200ml whipped cream. • 3 eggs. • 1 tablespoon milk. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: • Mixer with whisks. • Mixing bowl. • Springform pan (Ø 24 cm). • Sieve. • Baking paper. PREPARATION TIME: Preparation: ±15 minutes. Baking time: 50-55 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE: Electric Oven: 160°C. Fan oven 140°C. Gas oven: setting 3. Electric oven recommended. PREPARE (5 minutes): • Place the rack at the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven. • Place baking paper on the springform pan base, place the edge on top and close the springform pan. Grease the edges with butter or cooking spray (e.g. Dr. Oetker). PREPARING THE BATTER (10 minutes): • Place the cake mix, eggs and whipped cream in a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer on the lowest setting. • Then beat the batter on the highest setting for 3 minutes until fluffy. • Divide half the batter over the springform pan and smooth it out. • Add the cocoa mix and a tablespoon of milk to the remaining batter and beat it for another half minute on the highest setting until you have a smooth batter. • Divide the dark batter over the light batter and stir with a fork to create a marble effect. • Sprinkle approximately ¼ of the bag of icing sugar over the batter using a sieve just before baking. BAKING (50-55 minutes): • Bake the cake at the bottom of the oven on a rack (not on the glass plate with a combination microwave) for 50-55 minutes until done and golden brown. • Pierce the center of the cake with a skewer. If it comes out dry and clean, the cake is done. • Allow the cake without the springform edge to cool on a rack. Just before serving, sprinkle the cake with the rest of the icing sugar. TIP: If you want to keep the cake for longer than a day, cover the cake with a clean tea towel. The crust will then remain slightly crispy.

Ingredients cocoa mix (25 grams): lean cocoa powder¹ (50%), sugar, raising agents (E500, E450). Powdered sugar ingredients (15 grams): powdered sugar, corn starch. ¹Rainforest Alliance Certified.
