Preparing the batter (5 minutes) • Put the cake mix, eggs and whipped cream in a mixing bowl and mix everything well with a mixer on the lowest setting. • Then beat the batter on the highest setting for 3 minutes until fluffy. • Divide the batter over the springform pan and smooth it out. • Sprinkle approximately ¼ of the bag of icing sugar over the batter with a sieve just before baking. Baking (50-55 minutes) • Bake the cake at the bottom of the oven on a rack (with a combination microwave; not on the glass plate) for 50-55 minutes until done and golden brown. • Pierce the center of the cake with a skewer if it looks dry and clean. comes out, the cake is done. • Let the cake cool on a rack without the springform rim.
