A fresh-fruity dry white wine that jumps out of the glass, with the taste of soft white fruit combined with tropical notes and the smell of fresh citrus notes, hint of green grass. Passion fruit, mandarin and gooseberries are some of the flavors that can be discovered in this wine, with a nice lively mouthfeel and a medium body. A fine acidity contributes to the elegance of this fruity, but not sweet white wine with a beautiful aftertaste. The winery of Cramele Recas (literally: the winery of the village of Recas) is located in the west of Romania, the largest wine country in Southeastern Europe, but still relatively unknown. However, the vineyards of Cramele Recas were already known in 1447, when they were purchased for 32 Hungarian gold florins. The winery was taken over in 2000 and a huge amount has been invested in state of the art technology.
