Soft and citrus fresh, making it ideal for drinks. It goes well with spicy spreads such as hummus with pepper, spicy snacks and a cheese board. It also works well at the table, including with pasta with prawns, grilled salmon and an Indian curry madras. In short: an all-rounder that is handy to have at home. Organic too and from Chile.
