    The special character of these beans comes into its own when you brew them with care. They do well in a fully automatic machine. Make sure there is fresh water in the reservoir and a preheated cup. Your espresso tastes best immediately after brewing.
    If you grind them yourself and cook them 'slow', even more nuances in the taste will emerge.
