The sun has just risen and colors the rice fields warm green. Khun supaporn talks about the organic cultivation of her pandan rice and the subtle taste differences between the different types of rice. We ask her about the brown rice. We are curious what the fact that it is partly ground and therefore contains more fiber than white rice does with the taste. She smiles and tells us that the rice tastes a bit nutty, with the smell of pandan leaf. This is the rice you will soon taste
