The bicycle pump has a double valve clamp, making the pump suitable for Dutch (Blitz), French (Sclaverand) and American (car/Schrader) valves. Instructions for use: 1. Make sure the valve clamp handle is in a horizontal position before applying the clamp to the valve. Press the valve clamp firmly onto the valve. 2. Lock it by pulling the handle up. 3. To disengage, push the lever down again.
