Usage
Preparation: remove the foil. Sprinkle the whole chicken with (chicken) herbs on the outside and inside. If desired, fill the whole chicken with garlic, lemon and rosemary. Oven (180°C): place the whole chicken in an oven dish and place it in the center of a preheated oven. Bake the whole chicken for about 75 minutes (30 minutes per 500 grams). For best results, sear the whole chicken first.
