    Cold first.

    Cappuccino
    Pour 1/3 warm milk with 1/3 milk froth onto 1/3 espresso.

    Latte Macchiato
    Use the same proportions as a cappuccino, but adjust the order of preparation: slowly pour the espresso onto the warm milk and milk foam to create beautiful layers.

    Espresso Macchiato
    Add a tablespoon of milk foam to an espresso.

    This is how you make the tastiest milk foam.
    • Place your carton of Latte foam milk in the refrigerator. Cold milk gives a better frothing result. It takes longer to heat up, so you have more time to froth.
    • You can froth Latte in many different ways. For example with an electric or manual frother, but also in a pan with a whisk.
    • If you froth the milk in a pan, start frothing as soon as the milk is on the stove.
    • Do not let the milk get too hot or boil: remove the pan from the heat as soon as the milk sizzles. Continue beating until the foam has doubled in volume.
    • Place the pan on the counter with a firm tap to remove large air bubbles. Then roll the foam evenly with a rotating movement.

    Usage

    After opening, it can be kept in the refrigerator for several days (max 7 °C).
