Garzon Reserve Tannat

The grape tannat originally comes from the south-west of France. It is planted in Cahors, Madiran and Béarn, among others. In South America it is mainly planted in Uruguay, where they have adopted it as the national grape. The name tannat is a reference to the 'tan' that the grape has: a dark skin with many tannins. And you can taste that in this Reserva from Bodega Garzón. The wine matures for 6 to 12 months in oak barrels and tastes of plums, raspberries and spices. Delicious with a steak Béarnaise. * Uruguayan 100% tannat with the taste of plum, raspberry and spices * This Uruguayan 100% tannat matures for 6 to 12 months in oak barrels and tastes of plums, raspberries and spices.
