Remarkable in a Pouilly-Fuissé is the soft taste of ripe apricot, honey, and fig combined with spicy blanched almonds and lively citrus acids. Together, this creates a good balance. It is very suitable to drink with white fish in cream sauce, salmon, or chicken. Also delightful to enjoy on its own, in the evening on the couch.
