    Usage

    Preparation: Recipe for bread: 1 pack of AH Gluten-free Fiber-rich bread mix 400 ml lukewarm water 50 ml sunflower oil 7 g dried yeast Kitchen utensils: Mixer Baking tin (size: 25x8x9 cm). Prepare. Oven (200ºC): 1. Mix the water, yeast and sunflower oil in a mixing bowl. Add the AH Gluten Free High Fiber bread mix and mix for 5 minutes. 2. Place the dough in the baking tin and cover with plastic foil and let it rise in a warm place (approx. 30°C) for about 60 minutes. 3. Make a small incision in the top of the dough and bake the bread in the center of a preheated oven for about 60 minutes. Bread maker: 1. Place all ingredients in the bread maker. 2. Select the program with browning level 'dark'. 3. Let the bread cool in the machine
