Grand'italia pasta tricolori is produced in southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, originating from durum wheat (grano duro). To guarantee the right quality, the wheat is 100% ground in our own mill. The use of durum wheat results in a firm pasta that has a perfect 'al dente' bite. Pasta is available in all colors of the rainbow and ours are colored with natural products. For example, spinach gives a green tint to the pasta and the orange-red tint is created by the addition of tomato. Usage
Preparation: At ambient temperature - 1. Use enough water: bring 1 liter of water per 100g pasta to the boil. Allow for 100g of pasta per person.2. Add some salt and the paste.3. Bring the water to the boil again and cook the pasta until al dente for the indicated time.4. Drain and serve immediately. Cooking time: 7-8 minutes.
