Recipe for lasagne tradizionali (4 people): 250g Grand'Italia lasagne tradizionali, 1 jar Grand'Italia oven sauce lasagne (600g), 1 jar Grand'Italia besciamella (400g), 300g minced meat, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 100g cherry tomatoes, 3 tbsp olive oil, 175g grated mature cheese and 125g mozzarella. vegetarian tip: instead of 300g minced meat, add 200g vegetarian minced meat. method of preparation: 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius hot air). 2. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan and loosen the minced meat for about 3 minutes. 3. Bake the carrot and bell pepper for 5 minutes. 4. Add the Grand'Italia lasagna oven sauce. Stir everything well and heat for about 3 minutes. 5. Place the lasagna sheets horizontally on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Divide half of the sauce over this. Place the second layer of lasagna sheets vertically on top of the sauce.
