Grand'Italia pasta Tradizionali is produced in southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, which comes from hard wheat (grano duro). To guarantee the right quality, 100% of the wheat is milled in our own mill. The use of durum wheat results in a firm pasta that gives a perfect 'al dente' bite. The invention of the dish lasagna, or laganon, was a milestone in the history of Italian pasta, claims a first-century historian.
