    At ambient temperature - 1. Bring 1 liter of water per 100g pasta to the boil (with some salt if necessary).

To guarantee the right quality, 100% of the wheat is milled in our own mill. The use of durum wheat results in a firm pasta that gives a perfect 'al dente' bite. This whole wheat pasta is based on 100% whole wheat semolina and is therefore darker in color than regular pasta. Due to its coarse structure, this whole wheat pasta offers a good source of fiber.
