Grand'Italia Tortellini (filled pasta) is produced in Italy. The filled pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, from durum wheat (grano duro) and free-range eggs. Recipe (2 persons) Tortellini with sage and hazelnuts: 1. Cook the tortellini for 13-15 min. 2. Melt 100g of butter and add a clove of garlic, chopped sage leaves and a handful of coarsely chopped hazelnuts. 3. Simmer for 4-5 minutes and remove the garlic. 4.
