    3. Roer 185g Grand'ltalia Pesto alla Genovese door 200g ricotta. Meng dit met 1 courgette (in blokjes), 250g cherrytomaten (gehalveerd) en de tortellini in een ingevette ovenschaal. Leg 1 bol mozzarella (in plakken) bovenop.
