    Usage

    Preparation: remove the steak from the refrigerator and packaging half an hour before use and allow it to come to room temperature, covered. Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Heat liquid margarine, with possibly a dash of (olive) foil, in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Fry the steak at a high temperature until brown on both sides. Moderate the temperature and cook until desired result; red 1-2 minutes per side; medium 2-3 minutes per side; well done 3-4 minutes per side. Keep the steak moving across the bottom of the pan while cooking and turn the meat regularly. Do not pierce the meat with a fork, so it remains tender and juicy. Sprinkle the steak with pepper after preparation, wrap the steak in aluminum foil and let it rest for a while before serving. The steak can also be prepared on the barbecue or grill.
